Prayer Support

Holy Spirit walk beside me, help me as I talk with You

Help me as I lead Your people, may Your love come shining through

Help me as I teach to reach them, may they know Your word is true

Help me as I live to serve them, may they learn to serve You too

You are faithful, Father God, without fail You lead us through

Your glory shines in all creation, in everything within our view

You hear the prayers of every person, humbly raised in every pew

When Your presence fills my mind, I stand in awe, my words are few

As needs arise in those around me, my heart is pricked, that is my cue

To pray for them with prayers unceasing, that their lives would be made new

Transforming love is flowing through us, as we pray with hearts anew

Touch us Lord we seek Your presence, we wait to see what You will do

May we be the few who pray here, may we be the few who call

Resting in Your mighty presence, calling on Your Name for all

All who will hear of salvation, all who will respond in faith

Only calling on the Savior, eternal life He gives today

Through prayer You give us spiritual sight

Through prayer empowered to do what’s right

Through prayer we seek to know Your light

Through prayer we wage the righteous fight

Through prayer light pierces through the night

Through prayer to You we can stand tall

Through prayer to You the lost we call 

Through prayer to You we prostrate fall  

Through prayer to You we give our all

Through prostrate prayer we hear the Lord

Through prostrate prayer while in His word

We hear His voice when we are still

We’ll worship Him on earth until

In heaven glorious, ‘round the throne

We’ll ever worship God alone
